Ezekiel 24:5

English Standard Version

5 Take the choicest one of the flock; pile the logs[1] under it; boil it well; seethe also its bones in it. 

New International Version

5 take the pick of the flock. Pile wood beneath it for the bones; bring it to the boil and cook the bones in it. 

New International Reader’s Version

5 Pick the finest animal in the flock. Pile wood under the pot to cook the bones. Bring the water to a boil. Cook the bones in it.’ ” ’ 

King James Version

5 Take the choice of the flock, and burn also the bones under it, and make it boil well, and let them seethe the bones of it therein.
