English Standard Version

16 Terror and dread fall upon them; because of the greatness of your arm, they are still as a stone, till your people, O Lord, pass by, till the people pass by whom you have purchased. (De 2:25; De 11:25; 1Sa 25:37; Ps 74:2; 1Pe 2:9) 

New International Version

16 terror and dread will fall on them. By the power of your arm they will be as still as a stone – until your people pass by, Lord, until the people you bought[1] pass by. 

New International Reader’s Version

16 Fear and terror will fall on them. Your powerful arm will make them as still as a stone. Then your people will pass by, LORD. Then the people you created will pass by. 

King James Version

16 Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be as still as a stone; till thy people pass over, O LORD, till the people pass over, which thou hast purchased.
