18 And the Lord has declared today that you are a people for his treasured possession, as he has promised you, and that you are to keep all his commandments, (Ex 19:5; De 7:6; De 14:2) 

New International Version

18 And the Lord has declared this day that you are his people, his treasured possession as he promised, and that you are to keep all his commands. 

New International Reader’s Version

18 Today the LORD has announced that you are his people. He has said that you are his special treasure. He promised that you would be. He has told you to keep all his commands.

18 And the LORD hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments;
