18 Now she was wearing a long robe with sleeves,[1] for thus were the virgin daughters of the king dressed. So his servant put her out and bolted the door after her. (Ge 37:3; Jud 5:30; Ps 45:14) 

New International Version

18 So his servant put her out and bolted the door after her. She was wearing an ornate[1] robe, for this was the kind of garment the virgin daughters of the king wore. 

New International Reader’s Version

18 So his servant threw her out. Then he locked the door behind her. Tamar was wearing a beautiful robe. It was the kind of robe the virgin daughters of the king wore. 

King James Version

18 And she had a garment of divers colours upon her: for with such robes were the king' daughters that were virgins apparelled. Then his servant brought her out, and bolted the door after her.
