17 But the woman conceived, and she bore a son about that time the following spring, as Elisha had said to her. (2Ki 4:16) 

New International Version

17 But the woman became pregnant, and the next year about that same time she gave birth to a son, just as Elisha had told her. 

New International Reader’s Version

17 But the woman became pregnant. She had a baby boy. It happened the next year about that same time. That’s exactly what Elisha had told her would happen. 

King James Version

17 And the woman conceived, and bare a son at that season that Elisha had said unto her, according to the time of life.
