2 Kings 24:2

English Standard Version

2 And the Lord sent against him bands of the Chaldeans and bands of the Syrians and bands of the Moabites and bands of the Ammonites, and sent them against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of the Lord that he spoke by his servants the prophets. (2Ki 20:17; 2Ki 21:12; 2Ki 23:27; 2Ki 25:4; Jer 32:28; Jer 35:11; Eze 19:8) 

New International Version

2 The Lord sent Babylonian,[1] Aramean, Moabite and Ammonite raiders against him to destroy Judah, in accordance with the word of the Lord proclaimed by his servants the prophets. 

New International Reader’s Version

2 The LORD sent robbers against Jehoiakim from Babylon, Aram, Moab and Ammon. He sent them to destroy Judah. That’s what the LORD had said would happen. He had spoken that message through his servants the prophets. 

King James Version

2 And the LORD sent against him bands of the Chaldees, and bands of the Syrians, and bands of the Moabites, and bands of the children of Ammon, and sent them against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by his servants the prophets.
