31 Jehoahaz was twenty-three years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Hamutal the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah. (2Ki 24:18; 1Ch 3:15; Jer 22:11) 

New International Version

31 Jehoahaz was twenty-three years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem for three months. His mother’s name was Hamutal daughter of Jeremiah; she was from Libnah. 

New International Reader’s Version

31 Jehoahaz was 23 years old when he became king. He ruled in Jerusalem for three months. His mother’s name was Hamutal. She was the daughter of Jeremiah. She was from Libnah. 

King James Version

31 Jehoahaz was twenty and three years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months in Jerusalem. And his mother' name was Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
