10 On the twenty-third day of the seventh month he sent the people away to their homes, joyful and glad of heart for the prosperity[1] that the Lord had granted to David and to Solomon and to Israel his people. 

New International Version

10 On the twenty-third day of the seventh month he sent the people to their homes, joyful and glad in heart for the good things the Lord had done for David and Solomon and for his people Israel. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 Then Solomon sent the people home. It was the 23rd day of the seventh month. The people were glad. Their hearts were full of joy. That’s because the LORD had done good things for David and Solomon and his people Israel. 

King James Version

10 And on the three and twentieth day of the seventh month he sent the people away into their tents, glad and merry in heart for the goodness that the LORD had shewed unto David, and to Solomon, and to Israel his people.
