11 Now hear me, and send back the captives from your relatives whom you have taken, for the fierce wrath of the Lord is upon you.” (2Ch 28:8) 

New International Version

11 Now listen to me! Send back your fellow Israelites that you have taken as prisoners, for the Lord’s fierce anger rests on you.’

11 Listen to me! You have taken your relatives from Judah as prisoners. The LORD is very angry with you. So send your relatives back.’
