4 Moreover, he built cities in the hill country of Judah, and forts and towers on the wooded hills. 

New International Version

4 He built towns in the hill country of Judah and forts and towers in the wooded areas. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 He built towns in the hill country of Judah. He also built forts and towers in areas that had a lot of trees in them. 

King James Version

4 Moreover he built cities in the mountains of Judah, and in the forests he built castles and towers.
