8 He raises up the poor from the dust; he lifts the needy from the ash heap to make them sit with princes and inherit a seat of honor. For the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and on them he has set the world. (Job 36:7; Job 38:4; Ps 24:2; Ps 102:25; Ps 104:5; Ps 113:7; Da 4:17; Lu 1:52) 

New International Version

8 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes and makes them inherit a throne of honour. ‘For the foundations of the earth are the Lord’s; on them he has set the world. 

New International Reader’s Version

8 He raises poor people up from the rubbish heap. He lifts needy people out of the ashes. He lets them sit with princes. He gives them places of honour. ‘The foundations of the earth belong to the LORD. On them he has set the world. 

King James Version

8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD', and he hath set the world upon them.
