1 Samuel 13:3

English Standard Version

3 Jonathan defeated the garrison of the Philistines that was at Geba, and the Philistines heard of it. And Saul blew the trumpet throughout all the land, saying, “Let the Hebrews hear.” (Jud 3:27; 1Sa 10:5; 1Sa 13:16; 1Sa 14:5) 

New International Version

3 Jonathan attacked the Philistine outpost at Geba, and the Philistines heard about it. Then Saul had the trumpet blown throughout the land and said, ‘Let the Hebrews hear!’ 

New International Reader’s Version

3 Some Philistine soldiers were stationed at Geba. Jonathan attacked them. The other Philistines heard about it. Saul announced, ‘Let the Hebrew people hear about what has happened!’ He had trumpets blown all through the land. 

King James Version

3 And Jonathan smote the garrison of the Philistines that was in Geba, and the Philistines heard of it . And Saul blew the trumpet throughout all the land, saying, Let the Hebrews hear.
