39 And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and said, “The Lord, he is God; the Lord, he is God.” (1Ki 18:24) 

New International Version

39 When all the people saw this, they fell prostrate and cried, ‘The Lord – he is God! The Lord – he is God!’ 

New International Reader’s Version

39 All the people saw it. Then they fell down flat with their faces towards the ground. They cried out, ‘The LORD is the one and only God! The LORD is the one and only God!’
