1 John 3:24

English Standard Version

24 Whoever keeps his commandments abides in God,[1] and God[2] in him. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit whom he has given us. (Joh 6:56; Joh 14:20; Joh 15:4; Joh 17:21; Ro 8:9; 1Jo 4:13) 

New International Version

24 The one who keeps God’s commands lives in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: we know it by the Spirit he gave us. 

New International Reader’s Version

24 The one who obeys God’s commands remains joined to him. And he remains joined to them. Here is how we know that God lives in us. We know it because of the Holy Spirit he gave us. 

King James Version

24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
