1 John 3:22

English Standard Version

22 and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do what pleases him. (Mt 7:7; Joh 8:29) 

New International Version

22 and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him. 

New International Reader’s Version

22 And he will give us anything we ask. That’s because we obey his commands. We do what pleases him. 

King James Version
