1 John 2:24

English Standard Version

24 Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you too will abide in the Son and in the Father. (Joh 14:23; 1Jo 1:3; 1Jo 3:11; 2Jo 1:6) 

New International Version

24 As for you, see that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father. 

New International Reader’s Version

24 Make sure that you don’t forget what you have heard from the beginning. Then you will remain joined to the Son and to the Father. 

King James Version

24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
