1 Corinthians 8:12

English Standard Version

12 Thus, sinning against your brothers[1] and wounding their conscience when it is weak, you sin against Christ. (Zec 2:8; Mt 18:6; Mt 25:45) 

New International Version

12 When you sin against them in this way and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ. 

New International Reader’s Version

12 Suppose you sin against them in this way. Then you harm their weak sense of what is right and wrong. By doing this, you sin against Christ.
