1 Corinthians 14:26

English Standard Version

26 What then, brothers? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for building up. (1Co 12:7; 1Co 12:10; 1Co 12:30; 1Co 14:5; 1Co 14:6; 1Co 14:13; 1Co 14:18; 1Co 14:27; 2Co 12:19; 2Co 13:10; Eph 5:19)

New International Version

26 What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up.

New International Reader’s Version

26 Brothers and sisters, what should we say then? When you come together, each of you brings something. You bring a hymn or a teaching or a message from God. You bring a message in another language or explain what was said in that language. Everything must be done to build up the church.

King James Version

26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.
