1They set out from Elim, and all the congregation of the people of Israel came to the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after they had departed from the land of Egypt. He said, ‘I will rain down bread from heaven for you. The people must go out each day. Let them gather enough bread for that day. Here is how I will test them. On that day they must gather twice as much as on the other days.’6So Moses and Aaron spoke to all the people of Israel.
