Encourage him, for he shall cause Israel to inherit it.De 3:28But charge Joshua, and encourage and strengthen him, for he shall go over at the head of this people, and he shall put them in possession of the land that you shall see.’Jos 23:2Joshua summoned all Israel, its elders and heads, its judges and officers, and said to them, “I am now old and well advanced in years.De 34:9And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him. So the people of Israel obeyed him and did as the LORD had commanded Moses.Nu 27:12The LORD said to Moses, “Go up into this mountain of Abarim and see the land that I have given to the people of Israel.Jos 1:10And Joshua commanded the officers of the people,Jos 24:28So Joshua sent the people away, every man to his inheritance.Ex 17:10So Joshua did as Moses told him, and fought with Amalek, while Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.Jos 10:7So Joshua went up from Gilgal, he and all the people of war with him, and all the mighty men of valor.Jos 23:1A long time afterward, when the LORD had given rest to Israel from all their surrounding enemies, and Joshua was old and well advanced in years,Jos 4:9And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests bearing the ark of the covenant had stood; and they are there to this day.De 31:14And the LORD said to Moses, “Behold, the days approach when you must die. Call Joshua and present yourselves in the tent of meeting, that I may commission him.” And Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves in the tent of meeting.Ex 17:13And Joshua overwhelmed Amalek and his people with the sword.Jos 6:27So the LORD was with Joshua, and his fame was in all the land.Jos 10:34Then Joshua and all Israel with him passed on from Lachish to Eglon. And they laid siege to it and fought against it.Nu 14:38Of those men who went to spy out the land, only Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh remained alive.Jos 7:22So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran to the tent; and behold, it was hidden in his tent with the silver underneath.Jos 9:27But Joshua made them that day cutters of wood and drawers of water for the congregation and for the altar of the LORD, to this day, in the place that he should choose.1Ch 8:4Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah,Nu 11:28And Joshua the son of Nun, the assistant of Moses from his youth, said, “My lord Moses, stop them.”Jos 19:49When they had finished distributing the several territories of the land as inheritances, the people of Israel gave an inheritance among them to Joshua the son of Nun.Jos 8:10Joshua arose early in the morning and mustered the people and went up, he and the elders of Israel, before the people to Ai.Jos 24:29After these things Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being 110 years old.Jos 24:26And Joshua wrote these words in the Book of the Law of God. And he took a large stone and set it up there under the terebinth that was by the sanctuary of the LORD.Jos 5:13When Joshua was by Jericho, he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, a man was standing before him with his drawn sword in his hand. And Joshua went to him and said to him, “Are you for us, or for our adversaries?”Jos 24:22Then Joshua said to the people, “You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen the LORD, to serve him.” And they said, “We are witnesses.”Jos 8:30At that time Joshua built an altar to the LORD, the God of Israel, on Mount Ebal,Jos 13:1Now Joshua was old and advanced in years, and the LORD said to him, “You are old and advanced in years, and there remains yet very much land to possess.Jos 20:1Then the LORD said to Joshua,Jos 9:15And Joshua made peace with them and made a covenant with them, to let them live, and the leaders of the congregation swore to them.Jos 10:40So Joshua struck the whole land, the hill country and the Negeb and the lowland and the slopes, and all their kings. He left none remaining, but devoted to destruction all that breathed, just as the LORD God of Israel commanded.Jos 3:10And Joshua said, “Here is how you shall know that the living God is among you and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Hivites, the Perizzites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, and the Jebusites.Jos 6:26Joshua laid an oath on them at that time, saying, “Cursed before the LORD be the man who rises up and rebuilds this city, Jericho. “At the cost of his firstborn shall he lay its foundation, and at the cost of his youngest son shall he set up its gates.”Jud 2:8And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died at the age of 110 years.Lu 3:29the son of Joshua, the son of Eliezer, the son of Jorim, the son of Matthat, the son of Levi,Nu 13:16These were the names of the men whom Moses sent to spy out the land. He took Joshua and made him stand before Eleazar the priest and the whole congregation,1Ch 6:21Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeatherai his son.Jos 6:25But Rahab the prostitute and her father’s household and all who belonged to her, Joshua saved alive. And she has lived in Israel to this day, because she hid the messengers whom Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.Jos 8:26But Joshua did not draw back his hand with which he stretched out the javelin until he had devoted all the inhabitants of Ai to destruction.De 31:23And the LORD commissioned Joshua the son of Nun and said, “Be strong and courageous, for you shall bring the people of Israel into the land that I swore to give them. I will be with you.”Nu 34:17“These are the names of the men who shall divide the land to you for inheritance: Eleazar the priest and Joshua the son of Nun.Jos 24:31Israel served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua and had known all the work that the LORD did for Israel.Jos 10:27But at the time of the going down of the sun, Joshua commanded, and they took them down from the trees and threw them into the cave where they had hidden themselves, and they set large stones against the mouth of the cave, which remain to this very day.1Ch 4:36Elioenai, Jaakobah, Jeshohaiah, Asaiah, Adiel, Jesimiel, Benaiah,Ex 17:9So Moses said to Joshua, “Choose for us men, and go out and fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the staff of God in my hand.”Jos 12:7And these are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the people of Israel defeated on the west side of the Jordan, from Baal-gad in the Valley of Lebanon to Mount Halak, that rises toward Seir (and Joshua gave their land to the tribes of Israel as a possession according to their allotments,Jos 11:9And Joshua did to them just as the LORD said to him: he hamstrung their horses and burned their chariots with fire.Jos 17:17Then Joshua said to the house of Joseph, to Ephraim and Manasseh, “You are a numerous people and have great power. You shall not have one allotment only,Ezr 2:18The sons of Jorah, 112.Jos 3:7The LORD said to Joshua, “Today I will begin to exalt you in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.De 3:21And I commanded Joshua at that time, ‘Your eyes have seen all that the LORD your God has done to these two kings. The LORD brings trouble on you today.” And all Israel stoned him with stones. They burned them with fire and stoned them with stones.De 32:44Moses came and recited all the words of this song in the hearing of the people, he and Joshua the son of Nun.Jos 3:1Then Joshua rose early in the morning and they set out from Shittim. And they came to the Jordan, he and all the people of Israel, and lodged there before they passed over.2Sa 23:32Eliahba the Shaalbonite, the sons of Jashen, Jonathan,Jos 10:15So Joshua returned, and all Israel with him, to the camp at Gilgal.Nu 13:8from the tribe of Ephraim, Hoshea the son of Nun;Zec 3:1Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him.Jos 22:6So Joshua blessed them and sent them away, and they went to their tents.Zec 3:9For behold, on the stone that I have set before Joshua, on a single stone with seven eyes, I will engrave its inscription, declares the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of this land in a single day.Jos 7:19Then Joshua said to Achan, “My son, give glory to the LORD God of Israel and give praise to him. And tell me now what you have done; do not hide it from me.”Jos 24:21And the people said to Joshua, “No, but we will serve the LORD.”
