Zechariah 6:13

13 It is he who shall build the temple of the Lord and shall bear royal honor, and shall sit and rule on his throne. And there[1] shall be a priest on his throne, and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.”’ (Ps 21:5; Ps 110:4; Eze 21:27; Hag 2:9; Zec 6:12; Heb 3:1) 

New International Version

13 It is he who will build the temple of the Lord, and he will be clothed with majesty and will sit and rule on his throne. And he[1] will be a priest on his throne. And there will be harmony between the two.” 

New International Reader’s Version

13 That is what he will do. He will be dressed in majesty as if it were his royal robe. He will sit as king on his throne. He will also be a priest there. So he will combine the positions of king and priest in himself.” 

King James Version

13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
