33 as it is written, “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense; and whoever believes in him will not be put to shame.” (Ps 118:22; Isa 8:14; Isa 28:16; Isa 49:23; Joe 2:26; Ro 10:11; 1Pe 2:6) 

New International Version

33 As it is written: ‘See, I lay in Zion a stone that causes people to stumble and a rock that makes them fall, and the one who believes in him will never be put to shame.’ (Isa 8:14; Isa 28:16)

33 It is written, ‘Look! In Zion I am laying a stone that causes people to trip. It is a rock that makes them fall. The one who believes in him will never be put to shame.’ (Isa 8:14; Isa 28:16) 

King James Version

33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
