33 as it is written, “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense; and whoever believes in him will not be put to shame.” (Ps118:22; Isa8:14; Isa28:16; Isa49:23; Joe2:26; Ro10:11; 1Pe2:6)

New International Version

33 As it is written: “See, I lay in Zion a stone that causes people to stumble and a rock that makes them fall, and the one who believes in him will never be put to shame.”[1]
