Romans 1:4

4 and was declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord, (Ac 10:38; Ac 13:33; Ac 26:23; 2Co 13:4; Eph 1:19; Php 3:10)

New International Version

4 and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power[1] by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord.

4 By the Holy Spirit, he was appointed to be the mighty Son of God. God did this by raising him from the dead. He is Jesus Christ our Lord.
