19 But I ask, did Israel not understand? First Moses says, “I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation; with a foolish nation I will make you angry.” (De 32:21; Ro 11:11; Ro 11:14; Tit 3:3) 

New International Version

19 Again I ask: did Israel not understand? First, Moses says, ‘I will make you envious by those who are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation that has no understanding.’ (De 32:21) 

New International Reader’s Version

19 Again I ask, ‘Didn’t Israel understand?’ First, Moses says, ‘I will use people who are not a nation to make you jealous. I will use a nation that has no understanding to make you angry.’ (De 32:21) 

King James Version

19 But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.
