19 Of old you spoke in a vision to your godly one,[1] and said: “I have granted help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people. (2Sa 17:10; Ps 21:5; Ps 89:3) 

New International Version

19 Once you spoke in a vision, to your faithful people you said: ‘I have bestowed strength on a warrior; I have raised up a young man from among the people.
