17 Show me a sign of your favor, that those who hate me may see and be put to shame because you, Lord, have helped me and comforted me. (Jud 6:17; Ne 5:19; Ne 13:31) 

New International Version

17 Give me a sign of your goodness, that my enemies may see it and be put to shame, for you, Lord, have helped me and comforted me. 

New International Reader’s Version

17 Prove your goodness to me. Then my enemies will see it and be put to shame. LORD, you have helped me and given me comfort. 

King James Version

17 Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it , and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me.
