English Standard Version

3 Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute. (Ps 10:18; Ps 41:1; Jer 22:3) 

New International Version

3 Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 Stand up for the weak and for children whose fathers have died. Protect the rights of people who are poor or treated badly. 

King James Version

3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
