English Standard Version

1 A Maskil[1] of David. Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. (Ex 34:7; Ps 85:2; Joh 1:29; Ro 4:7) 

New International Version

1 Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.[1] 

New International Reader’s Version

1 Blessed is the person whose lawless acts are forgiven. Their sins have been taken away.
