7 I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you. (Ac 13:33; Ro 1:4; Heb 1:5; Heb 5:5) 

New International Version

7 I will proclaim the Lord’s decree: He said to me, ‘You are my son; today I have become your father.
