2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying, (Ps 18:50; Ps 20:6; Ps 45:7; Ps 89:20)

2 The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed, saying,
