Psalm 132:11

English Standard Version

11 The Lord swore to David a sure oath from which he will not turn back: “One of the sons of your body[1] I will set on your throne. (2Sa 7:12; 2Ch 6:16; Ps 89:3; Ps 89:34; Ps 110:4; Lu 1:32; Ac 2:30) 

New International Version

11 The Lord swore an oath to David, a sure oath he will not revoke: ‘One of your own descendants I will place on your throne. 

New International Reader’s Version

11 The LORD made a promise to David. It is a firm promise that he will never break. He said, ‘After you die, I will place one of your own sons on your throne. 

King James Version

11 The LORD hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne.
