4 The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind: ‘You are a priest for ever, in the order of Melchizedek.’

4 The LORD has made a promise. He will not change his mind. He has said, ‘You are a priest for ever, just like Melchizedek.’

4 The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.
