Proverbs 18:1

English Standard Version

1 Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment. (Jud 1:19) 

New International Version

1 An unfriendly person pursues selfish ends and against all sound judgment starts quarrels. 

New International Reader’s Version

1 A person who isn’t friendly looks out only for themselves. They oppose all good sense by starting fights. 

King James Version

1 Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom.
