11 By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is overthrown. (Ps 10:7; Pr 14:1; Pr 29:8)

11 Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is destroyed.
