3 So the name of that place was called Taberah,[1] because the fire of the Lord burned among them. (De 9:22)

3 So that place was called Taberah,[1] because fire from the Lord had burned among them. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 So that place was named Taberah. That’s because fire from the LORD had blazed out among them there. 

King James Version

3 And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.
