4 But if they blow only one, then the chiefs, the heads of the tribes of Israel, shall gather themselves to you. (Ex 18:21; Nu 1:16; Nu 7:2) 

New International Version

4 If only one is sounded, the leaders – the heads of the clans of Israel – are to assemble before you. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 Suppose only one trumpet is blown. Then the leaders must gather in front of you. They are the heads of the tribes of Israel. 

King James Version

4 And if they blow but with one trumpet , then the princes, which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves unto thee.
