29 And Moses said to Hobab the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law, “We are setting out for the place of which the Lord said, ‘I will give it to you.’ Come with us, and we will do good to you, for the Lord has promised good to Israel.” (Ge 12:7; Ge 32:12; Ex 2:18; Ex 3:8; Ex 6:7)

New International Version

29 Now Moses said to Hobab son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law, ‘We are setting out for the place about which the Lord said, “I will give it to you.” Come with us and we will treat you well, for the Lord has promised good things to Israel.’

New International Reader’s Version

29 Moses spoke to Hobab, the son of Reuel. Reuel was Moses’ father-in-law. Reuel was from Midian. Moses said to Hobab, ‘We’re starting out for the place the LORD promised to us. He said to us, “I will give it to you.” So come with us. We’ll treat you well. The LORD has promised to give good things to Israel.’

29 And Moses said unto Hobab, the son of Raguel the Midianite, Moses'father in law, We are journeying unto the place of which the LORD said, I will give it you: come thou with us, and we will do thee good: for the LORD hath spoken good concerning Israel.
