30 saying, ‘If we had lived in the days of our fathers, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.’ 

New International Version

30 And you say, “If we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.” 

New International Reader’s Version

30 And you say, “If we had lived in the days of those who lived before us, we wouldn’t have done what they did. We wouldn’t have helped to kill the prophets.” 

King James Version

30 And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
