40 And they laughed at him. But he put them all outside and took the child’s father and mother and those who were with him and went in where the child was. (Ac 9:40) 

New International Version

40 But they laughed at him. After he put them all out, he took the child’s father and mother and the disciples who were with him, and went in where the child was. 

New International Reader’s Version

40 But they laughed at him. He made them all go outside. He took only the child’s father and mother and the disciples who were with him. And he went in where the child was. 

King James Version

40 And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
