36 And when the voice had spoken, Jesus was found alone. And they kept silent and told no one in those days anything of what they had seen. (Mt 17:9; Mr 9:9) 

New International Version

36 When the voice had spoken, they found that Jesus was alone. The disciples kept this to themselves and did not tell anyone at that time what they had seen. 

New International Reader’s Version

36 When the voice had spoken, they found that Jesus was alone. The disciples kept quiet about this. They didn’t tell anyone at that time what they had seen. 

King James Version

36 And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in those days any of those things which they had seen.
