28 Now about eight days after these sayings he took with him Peter and John and James and went up on the mountain to pray. (Mt 14:23; Mt 17:1; Mr 9:2; Mr 14:33; Lu 8:51) 

New International Version

28 About eight days after Jesus said this, he took Peter, John and James with him and went up onto a mountain to pray.
