English Standard Version

44 for each tree is known by its own fruit. For figs are not gathered from thornbushes, nor are grapes picked from a bramble bush. (Mt 12:33) 

New International Version

44 Each tree is recognised by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thorn-bushes, or grapes from briers. 

New International Reader’s Version

44 You can tell each tree by the kind of fruit it bears. People do not pick figs from thorns. And they don’t pick grapes from bushes. 

King James Version

44 For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
