35 The people stood watching, and the rulers even sneered at him. They said, ‘He saved others; let him save himself if he is God’s Messiah, the Chosen One.’

35 The people stood there watching. The rulers even made fun of Jesus. They said, ‘He saved others. Let him save himself if he is God’s Messiah, the Chosen One.’ 

King James Version

35 And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God.
