38 And Mary said, “Behold, I am the servant[1] of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her. (Jud 6:21; Ac 12:10) 

New International Version

38 ‘I am the Lord’s servant,’ Mary answered. ‘May your word to me be fulfilled.’ Then the angel left her. 

New International Reader’s Version

38 ‘I serve the Lord,’ Mary answered. ‘May it happen to me just as you said it would.’ Then the angel left her. 

King James Version

38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.
