19 Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. (Ps 91:13; Mt 13:39; Mr 16:18; Lu 21:18; Ac 28:5; Ro 8:28; Ro 8:39) 

New International Version

19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. 

New International Reader’s Version

19 I have given you authority to walk all over snakes and scorpions. You will be able to destroy all the power of the enemy. Nothing will harm you.
