Leviticus 20:23

English Standard Version

23 And you shall not walk in the customs of the nation that I am driving out before you, for they did all these things, and therefore I detested them. (Le 18:3; Le 18:24; Le 18:30; De 9:5) 

New International Version

23 You must not live according to the customs of the nations I am going to drive out before you. Because they did all these things, I abhorred them. 

New International Reader’s Version

23 To make room for you, I am going to drive out the nations that are in the land. You must not follow the practices of those nations. I hated those nations because they did all those things. 

King James Version

23 And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
