16 Let that man be like the cities that the Lord overthrew without pity; let him hear a cry in the morning and an alarm at noon, (Ge 19:25; Isa 13:19; Jer 18:22) 

New International Version

16 May that man be like the towns the Lord overthrew without pity. May he hear wailing in the morning, a battle cry at noon. 

New International Reader’s Version

16 May that man be like the towns the LORD destroyed without pity. May that man hear loud weeping in the morning. May he hear a battle cry at noon. 

King James Version

16 And let that man be as the cities which the LORD overthrew, and repented not: and let him hear the cry in the morning, and the shouting at noontide;
