Isaiah 8:6

English Standard Version

6 “Because this people has refused the waters of Shiloah that flow gently, and rejoice over Rezin and the son of Remaliah, (Ne 3:15; Isa 7:1; Isa 7:4; Joh 9:7; Joh 9:11) 

New International Version

6 ‘Because this people has rejected the gently flowing waters of Shiloah and rejoices over Rezin and the son of Remaliah, 

New International Reader’s Version

6 ‘I am like the gently flowing stream of Siloam. But the people of Judah have turned their backs on me. They are filled with joy because of the fall of Rezin and the son of Remaliah.

6 Forasmuch as this people refuseth the waters of Shiloah that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah' son;
