16 For you are our Father, though Abraham does not know us, and Israel does not acknowledge us; you, O Lord, are our Father, our Redeemer from of old is your name. (De 32:6; Isa 43:14; Isa 64:8) 

New International Version

16 But you are our Father, though Abraham does not know us or Israel acknowledge us; you, Lord, are our Father, our Redeemer from of old is your name. 

New International Reader’s Version

16 You are our Father. Abraham might not accept us as his children. Jacob might not recognise us as his family. But you are our Father, LORD. Your name is One Who Always Sets Us Free. 

King James Version

16 Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O LORD, art our father, our redeemer; thy name is from everlasting.
