Isaiah 43:16

16 Thus says the Lord, who makes a way in the sea, a path in the mighty waters, (Ex 14:21; Ps 77:19; Isa 51:10) 

New International Version

16 This is what the Lord says – he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters,

16 Long ago the LORD opened a way for his people to go through the Red Sea. He made a path through the mighty waters.
